Experiencing our campus firsthand is a great way to help you decide if Illinois Tech could be your future university. Take advantage of the day and choose the activities that best fit your needs.
Admission Counselor Appointments are designed to give you an opportunity to talk with an admission counselor individually about the application process and general Illinois Tech questions. These are not interviews and are not required as part of the admissions process, although they may be extremely beneficial to you in the search process to learn more about the university and have your detailed questions answered.
Campus Tours are led by our student ambassadors to show you around campus and include a residence hall, campus center, classroom overview, and the library. The walking tours last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Lunch with current students for a free bite in our all-you-can-eat on-campus dining hall The Commons. Lunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and students are available throughout that time to join you for lunch.
Sit in on a class, talk to a professor, or meet with an athletic coach. These extra activities require some advance notice and may not be available every day, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
